In short: Hemp oil is cold-pressed from the seeds of Slovenian hemp and contains omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids in a favourable 3:1 ratio. It is used in cooking as a seasoning for cold dishes.

Our hemp oil is carefully extracted from the seeds of industrial hemp grown in Slovenia. The cold-pressing process, in which the temperature does not exceed 50 °C, preserves a wide range of natural substances.

Nutritional composition

High content of essential fatty acids (about 80% of the oil).
A favourable ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 fatty acids (3:1).
Vitamins D, E and B complex.
Proteins and minerals.

Use in cooking

Hemp oil is used as a seasoning – for example for salads, spreads or cold dishes. It is not suitable for frying or baking at high temperatures, as this reduces its quality. It is best stored in the refrigerator, protected from light.
