From field to bottle: how our Slovenian hemp products are made
In short: AgroSloven grows its own industrial hemp on fields around Trstenik in Slovenia. We mix and fill the final concentrations ourselves, and every production batch is analysed by an independent laboratory.
From field to bottle
Our hemp grows on our own fields around Trstenik, in the Gorenjska region of Slovenia. The first field was planted in 2016; today 5,000 to 15,000 plants grow there each year, depending on the variety and the season.
What we do ourselves
- Cultivation: industrial hemp from certified EU varieties on our own fields.
- Final products: we mix the final concentrations and fill our drops and resins ourselves.
- Testing: every production batch is analysed by Institut für Hanfanalytik in Vienna (HPLC-DAD according to the European Pharmacopoeia).
Why this matters
Knowing where the plant comes from and testing every batch keeps our labelling transparent and the THC content below the legal limit, confirmed by the analysis of each batch. The certificate for each batch is in the Certificates tab on the product page.
