Hemp vs marijuana

Both come from the Cannabis plant, but industrial hemp is bred to contain only very low levels of THC, the psychoactive cannabinoid. Marijuana varieties contain much higher THC. Hemp used for wellness products and food is the low-THC type.

THC and CBD

THC is the psychoactive cannabinoid, strictly limited by law in hemp products.
CBD is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid and does not cause intoxication.
Full-spectrum hemp extracts contain CBD along with other compounds, with THC kept below the legal limit.

I have tried hemp tea and before going to bed I drink 1 cup with a spoonful of hemp honey and the mint tea takes me to a nice peaceful sleep. I love hemp tea...I recommend the tea to everyone who wants to have a peaceful night....lp
